1) Insert the organic liquid to be analysed and close turning strongly the cap

2) Put the adhesive seal on the cap, in such a way that its edges stick to the plastic surface of the tube.

3) Insert the test tube in the plastic protection .

4) Insert the top plastic cap in the fittings, so that the container is ready to be sealed .

5) The cable must pass first through the 4 holes and then in the locking mechanism. Turn the coloured part of the seal at least three times and then break the handle. Now the content is sealed and safe.
